Shipping Methods and Rates:
We ship U.S. orders via UPS or USPS.
All In Stock items will ship within 1 business day of order receipt during Spice business hours.
Your credit card is not charged until merchandise is shipped to you.
We reserve the right to limit quantities.
UPS Shipping:
• UPS 3 Day Select - standard cost + $3
• UPS 2nd Day - standard cost + $7
• UPS Overnight - standard cost + $12
• UPS Saturday Delivery - standard cost + $32
PO Boxes, APO/FPOs, and U.S. Territories
Packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail.

Please Note: If your order contains out of stock items and you select Ship Partial at checkout, the shipping rate for each shipped package will reflect the rates above.

Important Information:
- Orders are processed for shipment during normal business hours only (Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm EST excluding Holidays).
- The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs that may occur from an incorrect address or refused shipment.
- If a package is returned to our facility without reason, we will attempt to contact you via email and/or the telephone to resolve the issue in a timely fashion.
- UPS deliveries are NOT available to PO Boxes or US Military addresses.
- UPS does NOT deliver on Saturdays (with the exception of UPS Overnight Saturday Delivery) or Sundays.
- SpiceTV Store is not responsible for packages held by Customs.
- SpiceTV Store does not pay for International Duty taxes. If a shipment incurs any such charges the customer is responsible.
- SpiceTV Store is not responsible for brokerage fees incurred on International Shipments. These fees, whether charged by a private or Customs appointed broker, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Oversized novelty items may incur additional shipping costs due to their size and/or weight.
- UPS has a 5 day work week (Mon - Fri) and packages will only be delivered on these days (with the exception of UPS Overnight Saturday Delivery).
The USPS has a 6 day work week (Mon - Sat) and packages will only be delivered on these days.
